Dear Beautiful Soul,

I am hoping to re-introduce programs into the current practice model in the future.

The physical manifestations of symptoms or dis-ease develop in the body after years of subtle mental, emotional, spiritual and energetic disruptions.  In addition, it is difficult to create sustainable long-term change without working on reprogramming the subconscious mind as it runs your life 95-97% of the time! I know, wow! No wonder it’s so difficult to change!

                                                         Programs allow for the time and commitment to do the work.

Until programs are re-introduced, the practice is currently based on hourly visits. 

I prefer 1-hour appointment times for most patient visits as it allows us to spend the time together to dig deeper, uncover more layers, explore your body’s unique and innate healing capacities, learn techniques and tools, breathe together, and harness healing potential that may otherwise go undiscovered.
